Truffled Mushroom Ragout on Croustini

Instuctions

  1. Bring butter to a golden brown add olive oil, shallot, garlic and mushrooms
  2. Cook until water evaporates cool and add truffle paste.
  3. Scoop a small amount on slices of baguette and add harvati cheese
  4. Preheat oven to 500 degrees with and bake for 3 minutes.
  5. Keep close eye and turn around frequently
  6. Serve warm
