Yogurt, Cumin and Dill glazed Salmon
Ingredients
- 8 oz salmon
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tbsp dill
- 1 tbsp mayo
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- cedar wood plank soaked in water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 600 degrees
- Combine all the ingredients above
- Season salmon with salt and pepper
- Glaze the Salmon with the yogurt mixture and place it on cedarwood plank and bake for 10 minutes
